Self-Management Tips

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.  Attitude, to me, is more important than facts.

It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do.  It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill.  It will male or break a company . . . a church . . . a home.

The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.  We cannot change or past . . . we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.  We cannot change the inevitable.  The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have and that our attitude . . .

I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to and 90% how I react to it.  And so it is with you . . . we are in charge of our attitudes.”

Thoughts

By: Show Biz

I'm closes minded with an open heart
Dreaming of a better day
Better way to live life, even when my thoughts astray
Given way to colder words
Can't take back the pain, the world's curves entrances me moves me in major way
I travel through cyber space, looking for a future love
that I lost in the past
And couldn't bring back what was
What wasn't there, everything's crystal clear
I'm seeing through a colored glass
Wishing that it reappears
What appears is fear itself, looking at my lonely eyes even though it sparkles bright
I can't hide what's inside, what's inside
Lies, defeat, determination
Ambitions with a trace of vain
Looking for equilibrium, knowing that my life's disdain
Before I fall or fade away
I promised that i'll find my way to equinox
A perfect place, where time meets with us today
Closed mind open heart, dreaming of a better day
Better way to live life
Even when my thoughts astray

Senses

By: Show Biz

Traces of your flesh in mind
Lingers in my favorite sense
Your scent leaves me salivating wanting your provisions
Teasing your intentions, my ambitions is your treasure
Diamond, pearl in at your necklace circling forever
Forever's short lived long creeping down inch by inch
You didn't flinch when I bit
You inhaled and sucked your lip
This is it, I am simulating things you didn't know exist
Just to think I am the first to understand your body's worth
I just want to to spend some time even if i have to work clocking in with a smile
Your expressions priceless
Timeless ride with my mind
Positioned at your entrance
My nose and eyes seeing why beauty lies in front of it
My beard besides your prefect thighs
Hoping that you part em wide
I'm trying to to find that inside that makes you want to close em tighter
Then you cry out with tears
I am right there catching them
I try and try to wipe them dry
Knowing its impossible
Its possible to stop and stare
Just to start, over and over
And over again

Hundreds will grow into thousands
Thousands will grow into millions
But the dollar bill is like me
I am but one, yet I am the beginning
You cannot make hundreds, thousands or even a million
Without starting just one dollar.

A grain of sand, a speck of dust
A voice that whispers in your ear
I love, want, and needs you
Is just as great, from a woman's touch

Each day I wake anew
Thinking of the things to do
When out of no where
A smile appears on my face

A vision of your lovely touch
and the gentleness of your lips on mine
leave me caressing your body, so real it seemed
When a strong gust of cold air, woke me
from a beautiful, beautiful dream

With all that has been said and done
and the many miles that separate our togetherness
I continue to repeat each and everyday
I remember a journey to a thousand miles begins with just a single step

Living in p.c., How could you eva 4giv'em
You use to be the man, but things switched up
On ya visiting days only momma shown up

Freedom mean everything. I miss mine
but when its that time
You gotta cross that line.
Its a war zone in these streests
You Indian givin, my team plain for keeps.
Rite now I am in the box
Can't do nothing but think
Cold is hell, wishing I had a mink
Stomach wiling. They not feeding u rite
Locked in wit nothing to eat but bread at nite
Officer mad so he wanna put your handcuffs tight.
Aww Lord, another slave day
Pigs couldn't wait into they got Quay!
Stop pointing fingers like I am da bad guy
I still salute, keep a smile & hold my head high
I did dis or they did dat
Stop talkin, where ya proof
Theres 3 sides to a story
Your side, their side & the Truth!
